Not being at home, I could not receive my package. Will the delivery person come back?


The carrier has passed during your absence, it will try to contact you via your telephone number and/or your e-mail address that you provided to us when you placed your order. So be sure to double check your contact information when placing the order.

We strongly recommend that you contact the carrier as soon as possible. If he is unable to reach you after a certain number of days or if he has no response from you, your package will surely be returned to us, you will then have two choices:

  • A refund of the order (excluding customized products)
  • The reshipment of your order.
